Refund Policy

Last updated: 1 November 2026

Nothing is charged during the testing period. Once payments are switched on, these rules apply to packs of readings and the 30-day pass.

1. Unused within 7 days: full refund

Within 7 days of purchase, if nothing has been used (no reading deducted from a pack, no reading started during a pass), you can get a full refund without giving a reason.

2. 14-day withdrawal period for EU / UK customers

If you are in the EU or the UK you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase.

At checkout you are asked whether you want the service to start immediately. If you tick that box and use the service within the withdrawal period, the refund is reduced in proportion to what has been used — the number of readings taken from a pack, or the days elapsed on a pass — and the rest is refunded. If nothing was used, you get a full refund.

3. No auto-renewal

The 30-day pass does not renew automatically and nothing is charged automatically. When it expires the only notice is in the balance badge: no pop-ups and no reminder emails. Packs of readings do not expire; they last until the balance is used up.

4. How to request a refund

Go to Settings → Account & payments → Request a refund, or email [contact email] with the address you bought with and the approximate date. We process requests within [N] business days; the refund goes back to the payment method you used, and typically takes 5–10 business days to arrive depending on your bank.

5. Faults and exceptions

  • If a reading fails to generate because of a fault on our side, nothing is deducted; anything already deducted is returned.
  • Retakes, corrections, retries and re-reading with corrected cards are never charged, so no refund is involved.
  • Accounts restricted for breaking the Terms of Service are not eligible for no-reason refunds, without affecting your rights under the law where you live.
