Before upload, location data is stripped from the photo on your device and it is checked for faces — if one is found, nothing is uploaded. The cropped card photo, your question and follow-ups are sent to a third-party model provider to recognise the cards and generate the reading. Our servers delete the photo within 24 hours of recognition; the provider keeps it only as long as its terms allow and does not use it for training. Your questions and readings stay in your history and can be deleted at any time.
